Ever since I was born, my family and I have traveled around the world because my parents love to travel. I was so blessed to have such opportunities to explore the different world from the very beginning of my life. Now I’m 23, and it’s time to travel by myself. No one will pay for your hotel, food, and souvenirs. You have to decide everything by yourself…
My Story
When I was reading some articles on the internet, I made a discovery, and happened to know that there are jobs in this world that you are paid to travel around the world. At the moment I thought this is exactly what I want to do, so I decided to pursue my dream as a travel blogger. (Click here to read more about this story)
I started blogging in August 2015 with “Foodie Thailand“, a Thailand foodie blog, hoping that it will be helpful for future travelers in Thailand. Then after about two months, I launched “Wonderland Thailand“, the blog all about Thailand.
In November 2015, I launched “The Japanese Traveler”, as my main travel blog. I integrated my two Thai blogs into this blog, and I’ve been posting articles in here right now. I have not published many posts yet, but as I will travel further, you will see many posts in the future.
After graduated university in March 2017, I bought a one way ticket to Hong Kong and started traveling. Since then, I visited China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines. As I started traveling, I started daily vlogging on my YouTube channel The Japanese Traveler.
Now I’m taking a little break from traveling and working and living in El Nido, Palawan, Philippines as a dive master.
Do you wanna know more about my stories? Keep on folloing my adventures on my social media!
Thank you for all your support!

Thanks for liking my poem and following. I think the concept of your blog is a great idea and makes me even more sure of the move I’m planning to make to Barcelona next year is worth the experience. Looking forward to reading your posts.

Thank you for following my blog! I am gladly following yours now as well. We have a lot in common it seems. I’m also interested to do travel writing, but I haven’t researched yet. I would love to hear what you’ve learned on travel writing. If you come the U.S., I’d be happy to give you advice on things to see and do! Have a great day. 🙂

Thanks for stopping by mine and the follow!
Hi Arisa,
That is such a great thing to be raised by parents who traveled all the time. My parents never really traveled as I was growing up; however, as a “grown up” I feel like my adventurous-always-traveling spirit is perhaps something I get from them, even though they didn’t do it so much.
I love your story, keep writing it!
